Since 2002, I have been immersed in Greater Seattle real estate. Through booming markets and whatever an eternal optimist might call the opposite of that, serving people in real estate has been my north star. I have felt fortunate to be surrounded by incredible mentors throughout my career, a fabulous sales team, and most recently, the dynamic brokers and staff at Windermere Mercer Island.

Alongside dear friend and business partner, Trish Coy, I took the helm as designated broker and co-owner in April 2022. This new chapter coupled with my recent position as President of the Seattle King County Association of REALTORS® has reignited my drive. Together, Trish and I bring a combined thirty-five years of sales experience and savvy market knowledge to serve not only our brokers but our clients, too.

I like to think that I show up with a “service-over-self” mindset, positive attitude, and a work-hard-then-celebrate ethos. My hope in this journey is that the people I surround myself with find that infectious.
