From safety concerns to basic upkeep, my tips and tricks will help you economically and expeditiously address costly deferred maintenance items.

Community is my other passion. I have recently served as President of the Mercer Island Women’s Club where our motto is “Friendship Starts Here.” It has been a great tool to help new neighbors find friendship in a new place. On days off I grab my hammer and help build tiny homes for the homeless in Seattle with friends from the club. Each tiny home will house 60 people over its 20-year lifespan. You may want to join me.
